Vivapetal

Try the material before you commit to a range.

VivaPetal sends a mixed preserved-flower sample box from Kunming, Yunnan, so you can check petal integrity, colour and Grade A/B in your own hands; non-customised samples leave within 2–3 working days (as of October 2026).

The sample box

What usually goes in a trial box

Every box is built around the references you name, and three groups cover most first requests: rose heads, hydrangea with a filler, and moss or stems. Tell us your references and we confirm the exact contents.

Preserved rose heads in graded sizes for sampling

Rose heads & buds

Small buds through full statement heads, in a couple of the shades you're considering so you can judge both the colour and the grade.

Preserved hydrangea heads across a colour range

Hydrangea & fillers

Full hydrangea heads for volume, plus a little gypsophila or secondary flower so you can see how the box reads as a whole.

Preserved reindeer moss in a sample pack

Moss & stems

Reindeer moss for texture, and a stem or two where your product needs length — useful if you're building finished pieces.

The process

Three steps to a sample in your hands

01

Tell us your references

Send the flower types, colours and approximate quantities you want to trial. A Pantone or a fabric swatch is the fastest way to a true match.

02

We send a mixed box

Non-customised samples are usually dispatched within about 2–3 working days, then roughly 2–3 more days to your freight forwarder. We confirm the contents, the freight cost and the delivery term before it ships.

03

You evaluate, then we quote

Feel the quality, check the colour under your own lighting, and send back what you want to scale. We come back with specifications and pricing for the production order.

Practical notes

How samples are handled

  • Cost: samples are charged at the lowest applicable quantity price — we don't mark them up to discourage curiosity.
  • Freight: billed at actual cost; we'll tell you the chargeable weight and the options before anything moves.
  • Colours: choose from the stock range — 36+ rose shades, 30+ hydrangea — or send a Pantone / swatch and we'll confirm what's achievable.
  • Minimums: trial quantities are flexible and confirmed per reference, so small first orders are welcome.
  • Shipping: worldwide by express, air and sea; quoted on EXW (Kunming) as our default, with FOB and DAP available — EXW is preferred, DAP is the last option. We confirm the workable term for your destination.
