Why buyers stay

A supplier you can build a product line on

Preserved flowers only work if the colour holds and the petals arrive intact. Everything below exists to protect those two things.

01

Sourced at the hub

Kunming is China's largest floral hub, and the high-altitude farms around it supply the material we buy. We select against a grade standard you can see and check.

02

Custom colour development

A wide stock range plus two-tone, gradient and metallic finishes, developed with our production partner in Kunming. Send a Pantone or a swatch and we will tell you what is achievable.

03

Small MOQ, real samples

Trial quantities are flexible — tell us what you need to trial. Non-customised samples go out in about 2–3 working days, charged at the lowest quantity price with freight at cost.

04

Export coordination

We handle the paperwork and the freight conversation — express, air or sea. We quote on EXW (Kunming) as our default, with FOB and DAP available depending on your forwarder and destination; EXW is preferred, DAP is the last option. Tell us the destination and we will confirm the workable term.

From field to carton

Six steps from farm to carton

01

Select

Cut at the right maturity on the high-altitude farms around Kunming, and selected to a grade standard.

02

Stabilise

Sap is replaced with a preservation solution, which is what holds the shape and the colour.

03

Sort & grade

Sorted into size bands and grades, so a carton arrives uniform rather than mixed.

04

Colour

Dyed to your shade — stock colours, or a palette developed with our production partner.

05

Inspect

Pre-shipment check on petal condition, colour match and piece count.

06

Pack & ship

Sealed, labelled cartons. Express, air or sea — we quote the option that fits the order.

Ordering questions, answered

Minimum quantities are flexible and confirmed per reference — tell us what you would like to trial and we will advise the practical minimum. Mixed sizes and colours can often share an order; ask and we will confirm what each reference allows.

Yes, and we encourage it. Non-customised samples are usually dispatched within about 2–3 working days, with another 2–3 days to the freight forwarder. Samples are charged at the lowest applicable quantity price, and freight is billed at actual cost — we do not inflate either to discourage curiosity.

Three to five years indoors under normal conditions. The care instruction is short — no watering, no daily attention — but direct sun and damp rooms will shorten the life. Full storage guidance comes with the shipment.

Every shipment goes out with a commercial invoice and an itemised packing list. If your market needs anything further for customs clearance, tell us which document and which country — and we will say plainly whether we can issue it.

They depend on the reference, the colour and whether it is held in stock or made to order. Give us your list and your deadline and we will quote a realistic date for each line rather than a generic range.

Express, air or sea, whichever suits the order. We quote on EXW (Kunming) as our default, with FOB and DAP available depending on your forwarder and destination — EXW is preferred, DAP is the last option. Tell us where it is going and we will confirm the workable term and propose the best option before you commit.

We confirm payment terms with your order details — the exact split and method are agreed per order, and we will send the arrangement when we quote.

We can laser-engrave your logo on wooden and acrylic bases, and support custom ribbons and printed cards too. Send the artwork and we will tell you what each option needs and the quantities it applies to.
